Kickstart your day with this energizing green smoothie, packed with nutrients to fuel your body and mind. This smoothie combines leafy greens and fresh fruits with a touch of flax seeds for added fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, making it the perfect breakfast or mid-day snack.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 cup kale, stems removed

  • 1 green apple, cored and sliced

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other plant-based milk)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the spinach and kale thoroughly. Peel the banana and slice the green apple, removing the core.

  2. Blend the Greens: Add the spinach, kale, and almond milk to a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth, ensuring there are no large pieces of kale or spinach left.

  3. Add Fruits and Seeds: Add the sliced green apple, banana, and flax seeds to the blender. Blend again until the smoothie is completely smooth.

  4. Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
