  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cucumber, sliced

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: Your choice of dressing

  1. Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush with a little olive oil. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juicy. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  2. Assemble the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices.

  3. Add the Protein: Slice the grilled chicken and arrange it over the greens. Add the avocado slices and sprinkle with feta cheese.

  4. Dress and Serve: Drizzle with olive oil and your choice of dressing, then toss lightly to combine. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
