This soothing herbal tea blend is perfect for relaxing after a long day or calming an upset stomach. It combines the gentle flavors of chamomile, the freshness of mint, and the spicy warmth of ginger, creating a therapeutic beverage that's both delicious and beneficial for your health.


  • 1 tablespoon dried chamomile flowers

  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup boiling water
